 This is a very candid honest reference. As the principal of GMDesigns Consulting Engineers I understand design well and with our new house built by Metricon at Broadbeach QLD I used ALLINSPECT. JENNIFER was great and her inspectors very professional and exacting. This was the single best investment on quality control spent by My wife and I in the new home build. And did I need it, Metricon can make a great job BUT only if they a pushed and kept up to it by the likes of ALLINSPECT. Don’t do with any others they are the best in all respects. THANKS ALLINSPECT. AllInspect are really good, their reports are really thorough and they will explain to you what it means if you have questions. The report includes pictures that show the defective areas and they spray these areas to highlight for the builder.
Their turn around is really good, within a few days the inspection would be done and the report in your email.
Would highly recommend them for your build, the builder is also fine with the reports, they prefer if they catch issues early on. The trades sometimes take shortcuts as some jobs are complex or lengthy and requires a lot of attention to detail for a long period of time.. so very easily for things to be missed

Their reports of inspections are very comprehensive as well. Jenny and David are to be highly commended for their great service. You will not regret using AllInspect if you wish to ensure you have a quality build in all major stages of a new construction

Casey and the Admin team from ALLINSPECT were fantastic. The Admin team was so responsive from the very start when booking my inspection. Casey was professional and had high attention to detail – he picked up on so many items that I wouldn’t have known to look for myself. For defects that didn’t meet standards, the team included the QBCC regulations. Casey, Jenny, and Sharie were so responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend the ALLINSPECT team for your inspection needs!

I was looking for a building and pest inspector in a short time frame. Googled many companies but was very impressed with the 5-star google reviews of Allinspect.  What impressed me the most was the detailed example reports that you can peruse on their website. Rang Jennifer was very helpful and prompt with her booking email. On the day, David arrived early and was very professional throughout the whole inspection. I really appreciated him taking me around the house to see exactly what needed attention. He was happy to answer any questions that I had on the day. When the reports came through they were both very detailed.  I then rang Jennifer to ask assistance for some contacts to assist me with my future quotes.  Fabulous service from both David and Jennifer and they definitely get 5 stars from me and come highly recommended.
